October has wrapped up and we can't believe that we turned the calendar to November already! October was filled with fall festivals, Octoberfest, and lots of trick or treating. The kids had so much fun. Andrew did better with his costume, but still not great. They had a Halloween celebration at school where it took Daddy all morning to convince him to wear his costume and then he spent the rest of the time hiding behind Daddy or crying if Daddy tried to move too far away. Needless to say, he missed out on the school picture and parade. Oh well, maybe next year! But he did awesome with trick or treating. I guess he knows when the candy is coming and put his costume on without a fuss and was literally running from house to house. Ella really got into the trick or treating part and was leading the way a lot of the time. At some of our festivities Andrew would be too shy to go up and get candy until he saw Ella go up and stick her whole hand in and grabout a handful. We always say, "Thank goodness we have Ella or Andrew would miss out on a lot of things." Haha! She is definitely the leader of the two. So here are some pictures from the past few weeks. We really have had a great time.
Baby update: We went for our growth u/s on Monday and even though my belly is measuring big the baby seems to be right on schedule. Doc says it must be the way he or she chooses to position him/herself. He or she measured perfectly on for the date of December 10th except for the legs which were long....hmmmm must be like Daddy. So it looks as though we might be avoiding a c-section since the baby isn't measuring gigantic! We go back to the doctor next Monday and then it is every week from there on out till this baby makes an appearance.
Enjoy the pics!!! :)
