Eric pulled off an awesome surprise! He surprised me with a long weekend in the Keys. He made all the arrangements and Stella came down to watch the kids. (Thank you, Stella!) He had been giving me clues for a few weeks and then gave me a riddle to solve to figure out where we were going. Once I solved that we were going to keys and couldn't believe that he thought we could take all the kids there and then I had to solve the second half to reveal that Stella would be flying to in to take care of the kiddos. So much fun!
We had an amazing time in the Keys. It was such a needed break and it was wonderful to spend time alone with the love of my life. Here are some pictures from our little getaway.
Eric found this cool little house for us to stay in. Complete with private deck, jacuzzi and pool.
We went to a butterfly garden. It was beautiful! Butterflies just flew all around you. One even landed on Eric's hat and hitchhiked for awhile.
Our place was close enough to everything so we could just bike all over. It is just such a fun and relaxing atmosphere!
P.S. You might need to schedule a trip to Key West just so you can eat at this restaurant. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
