Elizabeth's Baptism

Elizabeth was baptized March 1, 2009 on her exact 3 month birthday. It was a wonderful day! We were blessed to have two Grandmas here at the same time. My Mom flew in from Ohio to be Elizabeth's Godmother. Luckily, we also had Stella here who "manned the troops" while we were on the altar for the baptism. Thank God for fruit snacks, right Stella? Heehee;) Elizabeth was an angel the entire mass and slept until the water was poured on her head. She didn't cry but was a little in shock. :) I love the way our church does baptisms. It truly integrates you into the whole mass. Even the songs they sing during communion they put Elizabth's name in. Just like Ella, she wore my baptismal gown. I think that is pretty special. I am going to have it preserved and see if we can make it another generation. Here are some pictures from that day and some extra of the little chunky monkey!
P.S. We do have another daughter but she absolutely refuses to get her picture taken lately. So Ella pictures are soon to come, hopefully! :) Enjoy...
